Technology that solves concrete problems

We don't sell shrink-wrapped packages. We start by understanding how your team works today, and the scope, price and timeline come out of that.

01 · Development

Custom web & desktop applications

If your team is getting something done with a spreadsheet passed around on WhatsApp, a folder full of paper, or by retyping data from one system into another, that can become an application. We build the tool around your process, not the other way around.

We work on the web — runs in any browser, on a computer or a phone, nothing to install — and on Windows desktop when the work needs to live on the machine: heavy files, connected measuring equipment, or use without internet.

  • Internal tools: inventory, quotes, work orders, time tracking
  • Dashboards and reports that build themselves from your data
  • Forms that replace paper and produce the final PDF
  • Connections to systems you already use, through their API
  • Maintenance and changes after delivery

When is a custom app worth it?

When the answer to any of these is yes:

  • Someone spends hours a week copying or retyping data
  • Mistakes cost money or rework in the field
  • The information lives in one person's head or phone
  • The commercial software out there costs more than it solves
  • You need something no product on the market does

If the answer is no, we'll tell you. We'd rather lose the job than deliver something you don't need.

02 · Specialty

Software for field inspection & quality control

This is where our edge is. We come out of construction inspection and materials documentation, so we know the work from the inside: the calculations, the formats, the deadlines, and what happens when a piece of data is missing.

Capture in the field

Forms designed for a phone, in direct sun, with gloves on. Few fields, smart defaults, and photos attached on the spot.

Calculations and checks

Ratios, densities, compaction percentages, time limits. The app runs the numbers and flags whatever falls out of spec before you sign.

Documentation and backup

Every record is stored, searchable and exportable. When someone asks for the evidence from eight months ago, it comes up in seconds.

Comment and report writing

Templates that produce the text in the exact format your agency's or client's system requires, with the right terminology.

Digital logbooks

The daily log, signed and dated, without depending on the notebook that gets wet or stays in the truck.

Works without signal

Signal drops on a job site. The app saves locally and syncs on its own when the connection comes back.

What an installation includes

Site visit and proposal

We walk the property, find the blind spots, and give you a proposal with the number of cameras, where they go, and the total cost.

Installation and cabling

Mounting, tidy cabling, the recorder, and network configuration so the system doesn't slow your internet down.

Setup and training

We leave phone access working and show you how to review recordings and export a clip if you ever need one.

03 · Physical security

Alarm & camera systems

We install video surveillance and alarm systems for offices, warehouses, job sites, retail spaces and homes. Known-brand equipment, clean installation, and phone access configured and tested before we leave.

  • Indoor and outdoor IP cameras with night vision
  • Local recording (NVR), cloud, or both
  • Door, motion, smoke and panic sensors
  • Phone alerts when something triggers
  • Access control and electronic locks
  • Expanding or repairing systems already in place
04 · Cybersecurity

Cybersecurity consulting, in plain language

A small or mid-sized business doesn't need a two-hundred-page report. It needs to know which three things to fix first and what that costs. That's what we deliver.

Security assessment

We review your machines, network, backups, passwords and access. You get a prioritized list: what's urgent, what can wait, and what isn't worth doing.

Backups that actually work

A backup nobody has tested is not a backup. We set up automatic off-site copies and test the restore in front of you.

Fraud and impersonation protection

The fake vendor email that changes the account number is the most common fraud in construction. We lock down your email and train your team to spot it.

Passwords and two-factor

A password manager for the company, two-factor where it matters, and a clear plan for when someone leaves or loses a phone.

Note: we provide consulting, configuration and best practices. We don't perform penetration testing or formal certification audits; if your case calls for that, we'll say so and point you in the right direction.

05 · Support

General IT support

For companies that don't have an IT department and don't need one full time. We keep things running and we answer when something breaks.

  • Computers: purchasing, setup and repair
  • Networks, Wi-Fi and office cabling
  • Business email, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
  • Printers, scanners and shared devices
  • File recovery and data migration
  • Remote support and on-site visits in the Miami area

How we charge

You always know the cost before we start. No surprises on the invoice.

  • Fixed project: one price for a defined scope. Best for software builds and installations.
  • Hourly: for one-off support, diagnostics and small changes.
  • Monthly plan: a set number of hours per month with priority response.

Frequently asked

What people ask before we start

How much does a custom application cost?

It depends on the scope, and nobody serious can give you a number without knowing it. What we do give you is a free first conversation and, if it's a fit, a written proposal with a fixed price and timeline. A simple internal tool and a full product with users and payments are different orders of magnitude.

How long does it take?

A simple internal tool can be ready in weeks. A complete product, months. We always deliver in pieces: you'd rather have something working in four weeks and improve it than wait six months in the dark.

Who owns the code and the data?

Yours. On a custom build we hand over the code, and the data belongs to your company, with no locks on it. If you ever decide to work with someone else, you're not trapped.

Do you work outside Miami?

Software development and consulting we do remotely with no problem, anywhere. Camera and alarm installations and on-site visits we cover in South Florida.

Do you work in Spanish?

Yes, in Spanish and English, start to finish: meetings, proposals, documentation, and the application itself if you want it bilingual.
