JADE Technology Solutions LLC is a Miami, Florida company working in software development and technology and security services.
It started with our own problem
JADE grew out of construction inspection. Before writing software, we were on job sites documenting materials, checking compaction, reading concrete tickets and writing up comments for agency systems. That work has one defining feature: an enormous amount of calculation, formatting and deadlines still handled with paper, spreadsheets and memory.
The tools we were looking for didn't exist, or existed in a form so awkward that nobody in the field wanted to use them. So we started building them. First for ourselves, then for colleagues, and today as a company for whoever needs them.
Today JADE builds web and desktop applications for any industry, with a specialty in construction, and also covers the physical security and technology side that small and mid-sized businesses need too: cameras, alarms, networks and cybersecurity.

A call or a visit, free. We want to understand the actual problem, not sell you something. If we're not the right fit, we say so on that same call.
A written proposal
Detailed scope, price, timeline, and what's excluded. All in a document you can read calmly and compare with others.
Delivery in pieces
We don't disappear for three months. You see progress every week or two so you can change direction early, while changing direction is cheap.
Handover and support
Training for your team, documentation, and an included support period. After that, ongoing support if you want it, with no contract forced on you.

Promising two weeks to win the job and taking two months is the fastest way to lose a client. We'd rather give you the real number up front, even if you don't like it.
The code and the data are yours
We don't build cages. If one day you want to take the project to another provider, we hand over everything and help with the transition.
Simple before impressive
The tool that gets used every day is worth more than the one with twenty features that nobody opens. We take away before we add.
