Water / cement ratio
Computes the ratio using cement, supplementary cementitious materials and all the water — plant water plus whatever is added on site. Compares it against the limit in your approved mix design.
Alongside custom development, we build our own products for problems we watched repeat in the field over and over.
A concrete truck ticket has everything you need to accept or reject that load. The problem is it comes in small print, full of abbreviations, and you have to work it out standing up, with the truck waiting and the contractor watching you.
Concrete Ticket Reading does that reading for you. You enter the ticket data, the app computes the water/cement ratio with site-added water included, checks the truck's timing against your project's limit, and stores the ticket for good.

Records batch time, arrival on site, and start and end of discharge. Computes elapsed time and warns you as it approaches the limit set for your project.
Every inspected ticket is stored with its calculation, its photo and its notes. Search by date, ticket number, pour, supplier or structural element.
Pull a full pour summary as a PDF, or the data as a spreadsheet, ready to attach to your report or send to the lab.
Signal drops on a job site. The app saves on the phone and syncs by itself when the internet comes back. You don't lose a ticket because you were under a bridge.
The whole app in Spanish and English. Each person uses it in the language they think in, and the reports come out in whichever language the client wants.
The app is a calculation and documentation tool. The limits and acceptance criteria come from your approved mix design and project specifications, and the final call always belongs to the inspector.
We're finishing the app and looking for inspectors and QC teams to try it on a real job before launch. If you join this group:
The same logic applied to other parts of field work. If one of these would solve a headache for you today, tell us — that changes our priorities.
Density capture, compaction percentage per lift, and tracking of test locations.
The inspector's daily diary with weather, crew, equipment, activities and photos, ready to export at the end of the day.
Turns a quick field note into the formal comment, in the format and terminology the agency's system requires.
That's exactly what our custom development is for. Tell us the problem.
